House Church

We are looking forward to seeing and hosting you at our home for House Church this Thursday, 6PM-8PM! (Darren & Mary Todd - 2620 W. Canyon Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123) 

We will have dinner, announcements and ice breaker time as usual, but instead of progressing into the Weekly video and discussion, we will be giving Grace's long term missionaries the floor in sharing their heart and plans to take the gospel to the unreached in Southeast Asia. We are so blessed to receive them this week, especially with having had the last message in the Vision Series being directly related to the heart of Jesus in missions (and what our own individual roles may be) to spread the gospel to all nations. 

We ask for you to make it a priority to attend this night so that we can love and support this amazing couple whose lives truly reflect the Great Commission.

NOV 20 (Thursday night, 6PM-8:30PM IN THE MPR) - CHRISTMAS GIFTS FOR MEXICO CAMPAIGN! As we seek to make Jesus’ priorities our priorities, we will divert the gathering at our place that night over to joining at Grace Church to help prepare these gifts for these precious children! Let’s make His priorities our priorities and join together on that Thursday night to serve! In addition, below, are other ways to serve for this incredible outreach event for the holidays:

-Purchase small toys and candy from our Amazon Wishlist Link provided. They will be delivered directly to the Church at 4637 Oregon St, San Diego, CA, 92116

-Donate dollar bills. Spectrum let us know that the kids from the communities of Tijuana get so excited by a US dollar bill. Our goal is to raise $1,800 one-dollar bills.

-Donate Christmas wrapping paper. Bring it to the church offices or Info Booth on Sundays.

NOV 22 (Saturday from 8:45AM-12PM) - HARVEST HUSTLE 5K! Get ready to kick off your Thanksgiving celebration with a festive twist at the Harvest Hustle! Organized and hosted by our Youth group, participants are invited to dress up as their favorite Thanksgiving dishes. Think turkey, stuffing, pumpkin pie, and more! The best-dressed participant(s) will win a special award, so get creative! Sign up by 11/9 to guarantee a T-Shirt! All other registrations are first come, first served until shirts run out. NOV 23 (SUN, 12:30PM) - NEWCOMER’S LUNCHEON! This lunch event is for anyone who is new to attending Grace! This is held at 12:30PM in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR). Meet the Grace Pastors and Staff and learn more about Grace's Mission and how to get connected. Click HERE for more information and to register.

Childcare Rotation Sign Up Sheet - For those of you who have graciously and sacrificially signed up to help with children that attend House Church, first and foremost, THANK YOU for your sacrifice and service to Jesus in serving your fellow sisters and brothers in Christ!  Click HERE to see the most up-to-date Childcare Roster and ensure you have noted down correctly the day you are scheduled to serve.
